A: You can download our credit application right from our website and fax back to us or you may contact us and we can get you started.
Q: Do I need an account to order from Office Value? [back to top]
A: No, although the majority of our customers are commercial accounts, we do offer guest users to order on-line via credit card and the orders are shipped to you.
Q: What tools are available if I need help on-line? [back to top]
A: We offer a “Help” tab on our website that will offer many help tips as well as our customer service can be reached at 1-800-439-1025 or you may e-mail help questions to: info@officevalue.net.
Q: My user name and password are not working. [back to top]
A: Check to insure you are at .net and not .com if this does not resolve your issue please contact us at 1-800-439-1025 and we will be glad to help you.

A: Just contact us via e-mail or phone and we will gladly e-mail you your information.
Q: What is a favorites list? [back to top]
A: The favorites lists let you save those common items to a list that you can create and name yourself and then find those next time in one single click without having to search through many items.
Q: What is “My Order History”? [back to top]
A: Order history allows you to view account transactions on-line as well as print invoices and credits right from your desktop. You can also re-order from history. Your history is a complete order history and is not limited to only on-line transactions.
Q: What is “Orders on Hold”? [back to top]
A: Office Value allows you to start building an order, place the order “On Hold” and then return later that day or 5 days later and continue building your order until you are ready to submit the order, thus eliminating the need for notes all over your desk, multiple orders and minimizing the amount of invoices you receive.
Q: How do I return product? [back to top]
A: We want you to be happy with your purchase, however we understand the occasional need to return product. You can use the on-line return request feature or simply send the item back with an Office Value delivery driver or contact us that you have a return and we will promptly help you with your return.
Return Policy and Procedure
- Items may be returned to Office Value within 30 days of purchase if they are damaged, defective or do not work for your application.
- All goods must be returned in the original packaging, in the original condition unless damaged or defective.
- Do not write or tape anything to the product packaging. If the packaging is written on, it will not be processed for credit.
- Special orders, custom furniture and non-stocked items are not returnable for credit and/or exchange.
Process: You can process your own returns on our website or contact Customer Service.
- On-line customers may request returns by using the “Returns Request” tab after logging in with your user name and password.

A: Orders placed by 5:00pm Mountain Time are processed that same day and in many cases delivered the next day depending on available stock, delivery location and shipping method. The website is available 24/7/365 for your convenience.

A: Office Value is always trying to improve our services, if you have a question that is not answered in the FAQ or “Help” section on-line, please contact us and we would love to help you, don’t be surprised if your question is added to our FAQ.
