Basic Job Responsibilities
· In this B2B role, you will use your skills as a “hunter” to prospect for and set your own appointments with potential business clients, developing new accounts and expanding our customer base
· Develop and maintain working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
· Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads
· Expand vertical markets through margin management and introducing customers to our office furniture, break room, janitorial and ad specialty product lines
· Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained
· Develop and maintain relationships with current purchasing contacts
· Investigate and help resolve customer issues
· Engage in a variety of networking groups and activities
